We are pleased to say on Sunday morning that Mariano removed both security cameras that looked into our property.

Our situation here in Spain is still ongoing and things have happened over the past two years which we have documented but not felt we needed to update our blog with until now.

We keep ourselves to ourselves for obvious reasons and are very wary of anything that happens which is out of the ordinary. As an example three days ago Amanda was at home and whilst I was emptying the car of household rubbish at the bins, a young Spanish man came out of our local restaurant and made a beeline for me. I thought this was odd and he began talking and pointing at the car and I was unable to understand anything he said. I kept repeating that I did not understand and eventually he walked off and went back into the restaurant. His manner was not threatening but I thought how unusual it was. The next day he turned up at our gate in an old van, rang our doorbell and Amanda not knowing it was the same man, went to the gate and popped her head out. He was sat in his car and he said something in Spanish that Amanda did not fully understand but thought he was asking if we wanted any work doing. Amanda replied No thank you and closed the gate. He then drove off and when we looked at our CCTV I realised this was the same man who came over to me whilst I was at the bins. The worrying thing is how does this man know where we live?

Attached are two photos of this man and we have the full video on CCTV but will not put any videos on our blog with either of us in them for obvious reasons.

Our concern is this whole scenario was very odd and with modern technology this could have been a set up to manipulate photographs and conversations to make it appear that we were involved in illegal activities. We record this here incase we need to defend ourselves in the future.

Since we first wrote this blog in July 2020, we have now connected all the dots.

We now realise that since 1995 up until February 2003, my ex used her deceased father’s Freemasonry contacts with the BAE Systems Senior Management in the departments which Amanda worked, spreading serious lies and rumours to destroy her career.

I witnessed what my wife went through, particularly from 2000 to 2003, where it had a serious affect on her health.

There is no other reason my ex did this other than the fact that she is totally psychotic.

We believe the most damaging lie during the period between 1995 -2003 my ex told, was that Amanda had revealed to my son his parentage, which was totally untrue. Amanda’s secretarial career had been destroyed by my ex through the Freemasons by February 2003.

As you read the chronology which has been updated, you will see it was only in 2004 that the disclosure came about.

On Wednesday 8th November at 4am in the morning we were awakened by a loud repetitive thumping noise and went out to see what was going on. The thumping was coming from the neighbour to our left, Mariano’s house, and sounded like someone was knocking the door down. We looked through our gate up the street and saw a partially obscured dark vehicle with a blue flashing light on the top and we thought it may be the police. We could not see any details of the vehicle or the registration number. At this point we had illuminated our house which caused the thumping to stop and the car to drive away.

At 1032am Mariano with a woman appeared at our gate and said the house had been burgled and had we heard or seen anything. We explained we had been disturbed at 4am by the noise and that there was a vehicle with a blue flashing light which disappeared when we put our house lights on. He asked if he could see our camera footage and we explained that there was nothing to see that could incriminate anybody as the picture is not that clear and the cars lights obscured any details. The reason we did not let him in is because we believe he is a member of organised crime.

This morning,, 14th November, Mariano appeared at our gate again and asked if he could come in to our house to see the camera footage and we refused. Amanda explained to him that the footage showed nothing that would assist in any enquiries. Amanda offered to allow the police to view the CCTV footage and he didn’t want the police involved. He said the police would not want to view our CCTV footage and would only want to go in his house, which seemed a ridiculous statement.

There are other cameras in the street which would probably have a better view of the car than we did, but he said the other neighbour’s camera had not got any footage.

Amanda showed him on our ipad a photo of our CCTV of the car and he agreed it was worthless.

After the conversation finished we checked our recording of the gate conversation with Mariano and it appears he took a photo of Amanda and we believe he will also have taken a voice recording.

We believe this was another attempt to obtain information that could be used in a detrimental manner in the future to make it look like, as they have on previous occasions, that we associate with a criminal network.

On Wednesday 8th May at about 1700hrs local time we heard a commotion coming from the next door neighbours, the same neighbour where the apparent burglary took place.

The incident lasted for approximately one hour and involved several men and cars, which were used to ram other vehicles. During this period we remained in our house the majority of the time with the doors locked and saw some of the commotion in the street on our gate CCTV.

After this was all over and whilst I was looking for one of our dogs which had fled during the commotion, I was approached by a Guardia Civil Officer from Las Torres de Cotillas, who was investigating the incident.

Having confirmed my identity, I explained that we saw very little as the majority of the time we remained indoors. He said there might be a requirement to look at our CCTV footage and took my telephone number.

The next day I received a phone call from the Guardia Civil asking to view our CCTV.

We are very cautious as to who we let into our home being in this situation, so I shall Whatsapp, Email or go in person with our CCTV footage which should satisfy the Guardia Civil.

The CCTV footage is of poor quality and is not suitable for facial recognition or reading car licence number plates so I feel it will be of little use to them.

I am putting this on our blog on record because I am concerned that if we let anyone in, it is a potential risk to Amanda’s life.

On 25th June as I was leaving our house, I was stopped by a man called Damian who informed me that Mariano had left and he was our new next door neighbour.

We were completely unaware that the house had changed hands because all this was done without any For Sale sign or advertising.

Our neighbours who we have known since we moved in 20 years ago, whilst we have never been over friendly, have always been polite but over the past few months we have noticed that they have distanced themselves and now hardly speak to us.
